This sucks ass. I work Tech support for a large alarm company and I'm one of the poor saps who has to work through the night on New Years's. The only bright spot is the Triple pay! Anyone else out there who will be cursing like a sailer tonight at work like me?? lol

Here's my advice to you. Take in a water bottle, but filled with chilled VODKA. Show the man you won't capitulate!!

Then when a caller says, "OMG, somebodies breeaking into my house!!"
