We moved into this neighborhood about a mile from where I grew up. Walk the dogs around the block everyday! The guy on the corner ... nicest guy on the block! He always stopped us to pet our dogs! Found out he was living with his parents at 50 years old and molesting his dogs! He doesn't get to pet my dogs anymore! Found him there on the internet! Four houses away!

Once they live there they can't be moved however laws are in effect in many cities to keep them from moving into school zones!
My business is on a major intersection and we have transients all the time trespassing! I can't get the cops to come unless I mention the weekday school next door and they show up in numbers after that!

That law is in effect in my world.
If anyone harms my child they will die, they won't get their day in court, they will get dead ASAP.

I've been well aware for more than a year where the sick fucks are in my town, and i have a few that are within a mile radius of here.

The key is never to let your guard down because as soon as you do you'll be sorry.
The way our liberal judges are these days I have no confidence in the system where children are involved.
The offender would simply vanish never to be seen or heard from again.

Unfortunately, Oregon does not currently publicize the registered sex offenders living within the state. Consequently, we are unable to provide any information about Oregon's sex offender population.

In discussions with Oregon state officials, we learned that Oregon does plan to provide a web-based registry of its sex offenders. Their planned implementation date is July 1, 2006.

We will eagerly await the introduction of Oregon's online sex offender registry. As soon as Oregon data is available, we will provide it to Family Watchdog visitors.

Here, we have a female judge that is really fighting the system... big time!
Her name is Hon. Andrée Rufo.

She is a hardcore militant for kids and she has power to judge.
But, she is constantly being threatened and harrassed by the system who would prefer her to pass judgments more according to what "the system" has to offer...

It's unconstitutional, but i think surgical castration is the answer for sexual offenders.
Life would be mandatory with castration as an option for the severity of the crime.

Kill a child and you get death, the punishment should fit the crime.

I've never heard of anyone being cured of sexual deviance so treatment isn't an option in my opinion.

There is a medication that exists that does the same effect as castration.

Some offenders (a very small minority), chose to take it on their own, being tired of fighting their devious nature.

Some others where ordered by the court in excnange for freedom but the (male) doctors that had to administer that drug and report etc... ended up "feeling sorry" for the offenders and didn't care about giving the drugs,
after a while.

The only problem with castration is that the crime for the perp is not "sexual". Its a violent act of control. If you take away their weapon of choice, they will use another weapon.

Not sure what the answer is but. I say lock them up and throw away the key or put them to death if they don't want to be locked up.

As much as I despise child molesters, I find it stupid how many people hear the word "sex offender", and they somehow think it always refers to crimes that involve kids.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

Sex crimes involving minors are only a portion of crimes that can cause one to be labelled as a "sex offender".

I have seen many documented episodes in my life where some chick cries "rape" when it was no such thing...just because they got busted by their own kids or a relative or spouse or something, and the dude ends up in prison.

I am not defending real rapists as I think they need to have their dick shoved into a meat grinder, then dipped into a vat of gasoline and then burned off with a blowtorch and finally ground down with a belt sander.

HOWEVER....you could be charged with a sex offense that has nothing to do with children, but in the stoopid public's eyes you are automatically a "child molester".

Another thing I have seen recently in the news is where some guy meets a chick, they go for it (due to lust OR love), only to find out the chick is not 19 like she said, but was in fact 17.

So what happens? The judge yells at the poor guy that ignorance of her true age is no excuse, and throws him in the slammer.

He is then labelled as a "sex Offender" for the rest of his life.

There was a news item on CNN about a month ago where a guy in his 30s had that happen him, and he had his life destroyed. He was harrassed, fired from his job, had death threats made against him, etc. all through no fault of his own.

The chick he was with even told the judge that she had lied to the guy about her age, but the judge still threw the book at him.

I do not have to answer to anyone, and I do not run the risk of getting involved in some kind of fucked up situation like that.
