White...lock...

Aikman...lock...

Madden...well...he had an incredible record as a coach...over a short period of time...I suppose I can see that after such a long wait...

Moon...gaudy...gaudy stats...and had that "first black QB into the hall tag" to help him out...but was a great QB...just couldn't get to the big game...

Harry Carson deserved it...

I wonder if his wife...or son will talk for Reggie...

Bout time for Carson too.

Madden, great winning percentage, did he coach long enough.

Read where Tim Brown came out and said some old time Raiders told him that Madden may have held them back from some Super Bowl appearances with his coaching decisions, including in the championship games they lost, although they lost to eventual SB champs. Be interesting to know who those Raiders were.

The "run-and-shoot" was a double-edged sword. Great stats, could tear apart teams in the regular season, but he could never get over the top with it, not playing outdoors in the tough AFC northeast towns in December and January...

Anyways, he deserves it, congrats to all those guys...

Saw Moon when he played for the Edmonton Eskimos (yes, that's thir name!) many times.

Dude was ridiculous. Only other great quarter back I've seen in the CFL was Dieter Brock (LA rams, I think)

Brock played a year with L.A....

I remember when the brought him in...they compared him to Vince Ferragamo...only lasted a year though...

that Flutie Guy was alright in the CFL...lmfao...

He played right here in Vancouver for the BC lions.

He won, but I was more impressed with Dieter Brock.

Fucking stud. Amazing arm.

Flutie was exciting and made for the CFL, but amazing like Michael Vick, except he won.

The Oilers blew too huge leads in AFC title games, one in Denver and the record setter in Buffalo.

The Oilers were always on of the better teams to be on the old 8 bit Nintendo Super Bowl game!

lmfao...that's funny...

yeah...I watched a bit of CFL in my day...during the Brock years...but fucking hated a league that had a Roughriders and a Rough Riders...

lmfao...

no doubt the wider field...and longer field...as well as the legal motion...helped him...

don't remember Dieter much...

Funny thing is Vince Ferragamo came to my Alouettes and was an absolute bust, and arguably led to the first fold of the organization.

Cunningham HAS to be considered...

he never won a bowl...

but his passing AND rushing stats are second to none...

he's twice the player Vick is right now...

I don't know...

Ferragamo went to the Alouettes after the Rams right?

yo...were the Alouettes the team in Montreal?

and WTF is an Alouette?

FLUTIE wasn't so bad for Buffalo, in the NFL, either...

Too bad his luck ran out in the playoffs...

It's funny. They were always pretty tough in SEGA too. So were the MIAMI teams of SHULA's/MARINO's waining days. You look down their roster, and did they have some real talent! Too bad they were all mental cases...

I agree that R.C needs to be in just for his running, and he was great passer.

Ferragamo came to the Als in a big move while he was with the Rams. He was suposed to bring us the Grey Cup.

Monteal Alouettes. An alouette is a bird.

Who tha fuck heads up these nominations? Aikman? C,mon! He couldn't carry Staubach's jockstrap dudes! Big whoop!

I can see why Reggie was though, they felt sympathetic towards him. He really was a good player though.

Madden? Fuck me! Have you ever heard Jimmy Caliente? Dead on!

.....and John Madden makes me feel so smart......

Typical Madden quote:

You see those guys there they need to hang on to the ball. You aren't goona win too many games if you lose the ball like that. See the ball pops out just like that and they lose the ball. The ball need to stay in your arms real tight like and then it won't come out.

Maybe they will tell everyone where all those millions of dollars for his church that he "misplaced" went.
