Mike Brown is a moron...
here's a guy that took over for a legend that was forced out...
here's a guy that found a way to lead the team to the finals right afterwards...
and here's a guy who's sucked since then...
whining about being treated unfairly...
He'll be gone at the end of the season...
early talk of taking over?
The obvious choice?
Steve Alford...former Knight player...who's leading Iowa to the Big 10 title...and losing a bunch of seniors...
Randy Wittman...Orlando assistant...who seems to be up for every job...may be the front runner...
the most interesting talk though centers around Thad Matta...as the days go by...it appears that OSU basketball may be about to get hit pretty hard by sanctions...if that happens...Matta would probably bolt...and has a history of recruiting Indiana well (oden and Conley both from Indianapolis).
This should be a fun story...
