I'm glad Clooney got an Oscar. He seems like a decent guy.

I haven't even seen the movie yet.

The jokes are an endless source of juvenile entertainment for myself though. :)

Ok and with that being said,

Why the fuck is it that the two "dudes" from the flick aren't nominees in the best actress categories?

I don't get it?

uhuhuhuhuh

A huge mistake by the shock value contingent. Throw some white Patsy Cline boots in the mix?

Coo-day-graw.

Jon Stewart: If we pull all get together and pull down this statue behind us, will democracy flourish in Hollywood?

lmao :D

Willie Nelson said it best...

"I grew up a-dreamin' of bein' a cowboy,
and Lovin' the cowboy ways.
Pursuin' the life of my high-ridin' heroes,
I burned up my childhood days.
I learned of all the rules of the modern-day drifter,
Don't you hold on to nothin' too long.
Just take what you need from the ladies, then leave them,
With the words of a sad country song.
My heroes have always been cowboys.
And they still are, it seems.
Sadly, in search of, but one step in back of,
Themselves and their slow-movin' dreams.

Cowboys are special with their own brand of misery,
From being alone too long.
You could die from the cold in the arms of a nightmare,
Knowin' well that your best days are gone.
Pickin' up hookers instead of my pen,
I let the words of my years fade away.
Old worn-out saddles, and 'old worn-out memories,
With no one and no place to stay.

My heroes have always been cowboys.
And they still are, it seems.
Sadly, in search of, but one step in back of,
Themselves and their slow-movin' dreams.

Sadly, in search of, but one step in back of,
Themselves and their slow-movin' dreams."

Gives a whole new meaning to that song doesn't it? lol

Well, at least it's more of a classy song than "It's Midnight in Montana and I can't get my cock out of this sheeps ass."

Gets boring hearing these winners praise the movies they were in, like they were the cure for cancer or something important beyond a vehicle for them to see their already oversized egos stretched larger-than-life on a movie screen.

Pretentious twats.

Kinda do want to see Walk The Line. Think Joaquin pays an amount of attention to his craft, and actually is in it for the art of acting, rather than endless magazine covers.

Kinda mixed feelings about Reese winning. Ever since she did that Legally Blonde and Sweet Home Alabama shit, have not been taking her seriously as an actress. Those shit flicks, along with her marriage to talentless closet case Ryan should have been enough to disqualify her for life. The cooze from Desperate Housewives should have gotten it.

What?
I love Walk the Line.
I was just referring to the joke he tried to say that nobody laughed at.
It was awkward and I found it funny.
Stop being so touchy, man. Did i hit a wrong button.
Is Jake your son? I'm sorry.
Forgive me, kind sir.
Asshole.
Isn't this supposed to be a threan on making fun of the show?

I liked Walk the Line not to sure about Reese winning. I am just tired of good looking ultra thin people who always smile. Real people please with brains.
I liked Walk the Line and Syriana.
I liked Crash as well and Wallice and G.
