I've been over obsessive about my work out regimen lately...I dunno why...guess I'm afraid of gettin' fat.

The food down here is fucking fantastic....but so fattening.

How do my new feloow southerners deal with the food.

Well, I am slightly overweight.

But as tall as I am, it really does not show that much.

I need to work out more.

The older ya get, the slower your metabolism becomes, and you can't burn off fat as easily.

Maybe I oughta become a coffee junkie.

Don't want my teeth to turn black like Deadward's though, so I will forego the crack, and/or crystal meth.
