Just seems plain odd. I mean, they released both Live Aids, and everything else under the sun is coming out. I realize Live Aid were different organizers, and it might be problematic to release ALL of US FEST 1983, because it was three days of 8 bands or so per day playing an hour long set each....
But I'd love to see that stuff put out on a 2 or 3 DVD set. Not just Heavy Metal Day 1983, either. I dig Berlin, Missing Persons, Men At Work and a lot of the other bands that played on other days as well.
The only official release that pops to mind is Triumph's, so maybe all the bands that played retained rights to the broadcasts and sales of such...
Anyway, I'm probably gonna get the abbreviated version of Missing Person's set and Motley Crue's full set with some trades/outright boot purchases, and, of course, I have CVH's full set, but Wozniac seems to be sitting on a gold mine if he does retain the rights to release this stuff.
