They got those fucking things in Scotland too?

I have cards from 3 different stores, but I didn't fill out any paperwork for them. They hook people by their assumption that the cards have to be activated, like a credit card would be. But the card itself doesn't contain any personal info. Only the card's own number. Which would be cross referenced with the info in their database....
