I don't really know what to think of this band anymore, heard that they were in the studio in England.

I grew up on these guys, and the first 4 albums albums are great.

For me they lost their fire in the mid-90's, the albums were ok, but only had a few good songs.

Anyone else think they'll pull it back now?

Grate video up above. Megadeth at their peak is the best thrash metal has to offer.

Dave still have it. I think they will put a pretty decent album.
....as good as the first 4?....no definetly no....but a good album.
100% better than anything Metallica could come up with

The last one, The System Has Failed was their best in a while. It really has become MegaDave instead of Megadeth. He's the only one left. While it's not impossible to put out great stuff, which I think he will, he can never duplicate those first albums. Fucking Peace Sells is just KILLER!!!!! Rust in Peace- KILLER!!!! And I have a very special place for Killing is My Business.

All I can say is that despite the potholes in the road, like Risk and Cryptic Writings, Megadeth has stayed far more true to the fans and their sound than Metallica.

I've recently become sick of their music a month or two ago... I've come back to them and I've really fallen in love. When you download a lot of music very quickly, you don't really appreciate it and listen to it right away. During the time I I was trying to listen to Megadeth's stuff (not the first time i've ever loved them), I was downloading tons of other stuff at the time.

I bought both of these for 3 dollars online with 4 dollar shipping. They should be arriving soon. I can't wait to here them. If you guys want to get it off me, I'll host a torrent.
