                          Yep a regular Thomas Jefferson Clinton he was.Pure Brilliance
                          the way he crafted all of those fine documents created them all by
                          himself in his selfless way .A real American Diplomat that Clinton.

                                              The current Pres. is out of control on spending (and other things), but I don't miss a budget surplus, that just means we're paying to much tax money.
