I wanted to see Mike go out on stage with Dave on the Sam & Dave tour. I think Mike tours with Sammy cause he doesn't have anything else.

I doubt if he wants to venture to far from the VH sound..my guess.

Dave staved off that b stating it was "all or nothing".

He was right in that decision. It only builds the momentum for a reunion.
