Apparently between 2006 and 2007, he's got THREE new full length albums coming out...

"Close Calls With Brick Walls"
"Young Lord"
"The Carrier"

I'm pretty excited about it. I dig Andrew's stuff (I know...he's the frat rock answer to Meat Loaf, but piss off, I like it anyway), and he's been quiet for a while now. Looks as if he's separated from Island Records...getting three new albums back to back sounds like a really cool way to make a return. I was wondering for a while if he was going to vanish...

I dug "I get wet" but couldn`t really get into "The wolf".

It seemed like a big retread, perhaps something different this time?

We'll see. I'm actually really impressed with his musicianship for what it is...I'd like to see him staying somewhat along the same veins, but branching out a bit from the "Let's Party!" theme...a little's OK, sure, but too much is just too much, admittedly...

At first, I had a REAL hard time getting into The Wolf, but the more I listened to it, the more it grew on me...especially the last four or five songs...

As long as you just treat his stuff as good time music it's great!

he's not trying to reinvent the wheel.

Exactly...he's got a TREMENDOUS amount of energy, and I like that in a frontman...
