...please bring my company's Help Desk back to North America.
I've been on the phone 3 hours to Mumbai, after a frustrating 3 day e-mail exchange, to get something done that I could do myself in 5 seconds (I'm serious 5 seconds or less if I had the network permissions to do so).
Those Indian Help Desk folks better appreciate the jobs they have because with the time I wasted on this call my company has lost the equivalent money to a weeks worth of their salaries. Ok, I exaggerate, but I'm sooooo mad!! My company call their offshoring initiative 'BestShoring'. Ironic since it's possibly the worst decision they've ever made.
Anybody else out there with their own help desk or call centre horror stories??
