I was about to transfer my VHS to DVD too.

Panamark, that must have been a great show. The recorded show was the second of a two night stand; the first night Bassist Adam Clayton failed to show up due to drugs and women, so it's was the only show that didn't have all of the U2 members playing, with the bass-tech filling in.

I think the "extras" is rumored to be over five hours of live footage from various shows...

I must have been at the second night as Clayton was definately
there...

The concert was very good. I havent seen U2 play a bad live
performance.. U2 fans should really love this.
(Im not a huge U2 fan, but fans will get into this for sure)

I guess someone's going to ask, then why did you go ? lol...
(Long story)

Am not a diehard U2 fan by any means, but I'd pick up a copy of Red Rocks if it were available. Have Rattle And Hum around here someplace...

Can't be bothered with ZOO TV, though. Think Achtung Baby is a great album, but my interest in the band had already peaked even by the time that had been released.

War was, is and will likely remain my favorite record U2 has ever done.

Try The Alarm on for size.
A much better band than U2 IMO. Especially later day U2.

If only you could convince a record label of that....

I have mixed feelings about Mike Peters calling his current lineup "The Alarm", as I've never believed that one guy makes a band. But he's making good music regardless, and its a damn shame that you can't find a damn Alarm CD (new or old) anywhere in the US.

Thank God for www.cdconnection.com

....who do have a lot of the Alarm imports in stock, and usually at a decent price too.
