Like I said, I like Janice better. I must have misunderstood the question. I think Aretha technically "sings better". I like Janice for many of the same reasons I like Roth. Her voice is as unique as it is "real".

Janis wins, but by a rather short margin. I just thought she would have won more comfortably. :cool:

She's my all-time fave singer. She's the only one who will always draw shivers from me. As far as I'm concerned, no other singer stands comparison. I'm in love with her, always will be. :)

I've hung the picture of the "Pearl" album in my living room. She's my darling. :)
