Metroid Prime for the GameCube is one of my all time faves. Definitely one of the coolest games I've ever played.

Also love every F Zero every made, and dug Zelda's Wind Waker as well.

Lately, it's been Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004. My only problem is landing. I can taxi and take-off without a problem, but landing is a pain in the ass, especially visual approaches.
