(topic is a couple weeks old)

It's hard to think of things like this. Ashley is still under guardianship of her parents and it is their right to halt their daughter's growth, but still, Ashley has no say in what happens to her body.

What's sad is, Ashley can't have a say because she doesn't even know what's going on.

This will probably become the most controversial domestic issue of 2007 just like Terry Schiavo's was. Did Terry get a say in what happened to her?

These fucking people describe a tube fed, genetically altered, growth intentionally stunted vegetable as "quality of life"???

God damn these selfish bastards to HELL.

This is nobody's business but the family's. Period.

And Steve, shut the fuck up.

But you know damn well that's not the way it will play out.

The dominionist vultures are trying to take over our neighborhood (see the "Discovery Institute" (http://www.discovery.org/), for example) and another Schiavo type political clusterfuck like this could be exactly what they're looking for. And that crooked real estate developer/mafia cretin/election thief Rossi will be right there to cash in on it.

Funny, you didn't say that when I brought up Terry Schiavo.

I thought I told you to shut up?

In any event, you are wrong. I felt the same way about the Schiavo case.

It also has no business in The Front Line.

Plus, it has the added benefit of coming from Savicki.

Closed.
