How do you reply to a thread?

This is a really cool site. But I am having a difficult time tryin' to reply to a thread. I looked at the FAQ's and I am having lots of problems with this... also I am having big problems trying to choose a Smilie that currently fits my mood right now. Could you please add a smilie with a penis mustache... or smilie with pussy on forehead? Thank-you.
