The Governeor of Kansas just signed a bill the other day that would prohibit protests from the immediate area of a funeral for an hour before to an hour after it is over, and would prohibit blocking sidewalks in the area also.

It would also allow family members of the dearly departed to sue the fuck out of PHELPS (that goddamnable fucking fuck motherfucker!!! :mad: ) with no fear of reprisal.

They are going to do an actual kind of test run of the law before the Kansas Supreme Court to be sure it is legally sound, but they are confident that it will be. I just read about it a couple of days ago.
