I don't think it's Dusty Rhodes. I think it's Scotty Steiner after he finally stoppped juicing.

All those chemicals can't have a good effect on the body. He must not work out anymore.

He sucks at talking on the mic, so it's no stretch to believe he sucks this bad singing.

He can't walk and chew gum at the same time. (Hell, he has a hard enough time with the walking part!) So, the "moves" are on par.

That's GOT to be him!
