HAMBURG (NSNS) -- Police broke up a right-wing celebration Saturday night at a controversial clothing shop in the Borgfelde locale. Approximately
15 participants were lustily celebrating one of the traditional NS holidays: the birthday of Adolf Hitler.
In the police operation, a strawberry cake was seized.
At around 8:45 p.m. neighbors complained of unusual sound coming from the shop, which is successor to a similar store in the St. Pauli
district. The shop, which at first sight is inconspicuous, serves as a meeting point for the local national revolutionary scene. When officers
discovered outlawed symbols, such as Swastikas, in the store, the police assembled over a dozen patrol cars and stormed the celebration.
All participants had to identify themselves. Two men who refused were taken into police custody. Among other things, officers seized
T-shirts with slogans and even a strawberry cake-because it bore Swastika icing.
