View Full Version : Did the synth on "Drop In The Bucket" kinda ruin the song?

Drop In The Bucket has always been a TOP 3 selection from ALAE.
Anyways.. I was listening to it today and was a bit distracted by the synth layout during Becker's solo... and the gay ass synth "1984" type ripoff at the end of the song. Anways...I still like the song... but why was there synth in this track? Wasn't synth already outdated by 91?

I think it's fine.

Unlike most of the tacky keyboard stuff on Skyscraper.

I actually liked that keyboard touch alot.
Probably my favorite DLR tune ever. I learned the damn song note for note believe it or not.
Great, great song.
