Mike Malloy read that letter on the air a couple weeks ago. I was about 99% sure that it had to be a parody, but now that I see it's from Arkansas, maybe it really is legit after all.

I heard about it and thought it was really funny but according to Snopes the guy has done similar stuff before so I guess it's a parody which is kind of a shame.

Still funny even in that context.:)
