i was at target yesterday and my girflriend was looking at a cardio cd and who happened to be a featered artist.....none other than spambo!!!

I've done a lot of cardio. classes in different gyms. since the early 90's...

The trend in cardio. music was (in the 90's) to take a R & R song like ACDC's, Aerosmith's and... VH's, have a "Depeche Mode" type of unknown band to sing it, speed it up and there you go!

The worst thing I ever heard was "Jump" disformed that way...
I was doing a step class and the teacher (who knew shit about music) kept on screaming; "Jump!", "Jump!"...
I almost tripped and broke an ankle...

I would have sued for sure!!! :mad:

I heard Spammy's cardio video is quite disturbing. It shows Spam and the Waborwhatevers all sitting in a circle blindfolded and jerking each other off while they try to guess who is who.
