I didn't know anything about this but OH WHAT A WONDERFUL SURPRISE it would be to watch it happen. Now, if they can just muster the spine to carry it out I'll be even more surprised.

What could turn out to be the most obvious example of "Poetic Justice" in all of history?

Bush, Cheney, Gonzo, Rummy and the lot designated "enemy combatants" and stripping them of their right of "Habeas Corpus"!

I wouldn't take away their right towards Habeus Corpus. I believe in the Constitution.
