As much as it hurts me to say this I started loving the yankees when they got Reggie and this show brings back some pretty cool memories of when I was a kid......Pretty good show, now if I could just remember when I started hating them

Read the book last year. Great stuff...is the show getting in all the peripheral stuff, like Bella Abzug, Son of Sam, SoHo, Studio 54, etc?

My son is a huge baseball fan. He watches this religiously. I saw a bit of an episode, and it looks pretty good.

I remember Bucky Dent. What chick in her teens back then wouldn't remember him? :o

Spent the first fourteen years of my life growing up in a hick town called Inez Kentucky, population 600 as of 1980, and our the closest pro team were the Reds. They only showed away games and I was an avid Reds fan till my parents had the good sense to move to So- Cal
