I don`t have favourites as I love so many bands, I go through phases.

I`ll hear a song that will start me off listening to a certain band for a few weeks then I`ll listen to something else for a while.

Recently I have been mostly listening to:

Yes
King Crimson
The Cult
Diamond Head
Electric Light Orchestra
Rollins Band

It could all change tomorrow, though.

I agree with Mr. Badguy. It can be rather fluid, in it's change, but what's been sticking with me lately has been the following:

ZO2

Britny Fox

Devon Allman's Honeytribe

House Of Lords

I have to agree that it is quite a fluid "favourite" list, but the bands that I always come back to, the bands who I've consitently listened to over a long period of time are:

Metallica
CVH
Skid Row (Sebastian Bach era only)
The Almighty
AC/DC (especially Bon Scott era)
Anthrax
Pantera
Black Sabbath (Ozzy/Dio only)
Tool
Rollins Band
Thin Lizzy
Alice In Chains
Soundgarden
Slayer
Megadeth
Warrior Soul
Sepultura (Max-era only)
Corrosion of Conformity
Down
Fu Manchu

I'd say the first four are in order, but after that I love them all equally :D

There are so many bands that I like though, that list was hard to make...

I tend to be the same way.

It's odd though...I'm kinda in between phases right now.

Although, listening to the Underground Garage online the other night, I heard the Mooney Suzuki properly for the first time (I'd read about them and heard small bites)...so that'll probably be my next phase.
