Of course it's Photoshopped. I'm sure the picture was taken in a studio and put in front of the webpage background. It's also going to be low res for a webpage to facilitate loading quickly.

Good for Val. 30lbs is great, but to me, it looks like she has about another 20 to go. She should tone up too. She still looks thick through the arms. But with that said, I give props to anyone trying to better themselves physically or spiritually.

Also, all she talks about is how many pounds she has lost.

If for some reason she gained weight during one of the weeks, she would not post about it, as it would probably violate the terms of her promotional contract.


Also, note that in every post where she claims she lost x amount of pounds, there is an asterisk with a note that says "Results not typical", meaning that any claim she makes regarding how much weight she has lost can be seen as a lie.

She probably keeps her crackpipe hidden really well.
