I don't know how much that would escalate to a single chip to buy though...

I can't see it being much use domestically, but I guess for CAD, animation studios, supercomputers etc. could be handy. I'll stick with my Q6600 I'm about to order for now... :)

Only will run a specialized version of Linux.

Really groovy, but is not something an individual consumer can use yet.

Runs on a specialized PCI-Express card you can plug into a standard motherboard.

Christ...if you had one of those motherfuckers, you would have a super-computer at home!
