This is it no if's and's or but's flat out:

Did roger Clemons use steroids/performance enhancing drugs

Is it some big conspiracy/misunderstanding
Mind you he's had the 60 minutes show and a taped conversation of him and his X-trainer Mac as well as a questions and answer section.
