I didn't drop the job because of any perceived issues of defending Bush or the Republicans. I dropped for other reasons, some I wouldn't make public. I stated a long time ago, I was trying to go into semi-retirement from posting, but I kept coming back. I decided that enough is enough, and it's better that somebody else replace me. Therefore, I asked Mez to pull the trigger and not put me anywhere else. Maybe someday, I'll take another spot, but probably not.

To those who liked what I said and did, thanks a lot for your kind thoughts and words. For those who thought otherwise, you can kiss my arse. :)
