Guess I'm a stoop right now but for those bornon Feb 29th how do they celebrate birthdays? Pick a day or is it 28th by default?

Same lines of Easter, how come it is in March one year and April the next, always different dates. Who makes the call?

Whatever is closest to the weekend.....

Here's the trick...

go to the bar on the 28th..."It's my birthday!"

Free drinks....

Go to a different bar on the 1st..."It's my birthday!"...free drinks....

The date of Easter is based on the Church's calendar and which Wed is hte day Ash Wed falls upon. Easter is always 40 days after Ash Wed. This yr's Ash Wed was the 6th.
