I should have put Land's Edge in the competition....

But the song was only a b-side to my, "She's my machine" single...

Yo Breathin it has Dave's best lyrics, IMO.

I heard somebody cheer
Now it's about a 12 mile walk
To get a goddamn beer
It makes you laugh
It makes you cry
It makes you piss

I think "Big Train" is a good opening song in a set (and DLR opened with it on the YFLM tour in 1994) while "Drop in the Bucket" is a perfect closing song. If "Jump" didn't exist, then DLR would be wise to use it like Guns N' Roses uses "Paradise City".

In any event, if you put them head-to-head, I'd have to go with "Drop in the Bucket" over "Big Train". Jason Becker's guitars are superior to the brass attack.

But the choices were lamer than a Bret Michaels reality tv show
