I love it at about 1:48, the bum on stage says he has enough material for 5 albums. the guy in the crowd says, I just want one.

Yep he sounded much fresher and more experimental then, he's a pile of shit now compared to this performance

"People ask me at the gas station. Hey, Ed. How come you aren't doing anything?" LOL!

Ed was in fine form during the VH3 tour. Someone should have capped Gary and throw Roth on the stage then.

He's right about the 5150 amps being boat anchors. I've seen them in used music stores and pawn shops with knobs busted off and even one that was burned up in a fire and they still work.

Ed reminds me of my grandmother when she was in the early stages of alzhiemers.

It cracks me up. The guys on stage with EVH are all smiles and waiting on him hand and foot. Meanwhile if EVH was named Joe Blow and he was standing on a street corner those same guys would be giving him a wide fucking birth. I've walked past homeless people in Penn Station that look loads better than EVH did back then. If nothing else at least he looks more human now.

I was there walking around the pushy assholes lined up to go into the booth, and remember the beautiful picture in my mind of how Hartley Peavey's literally hovering over Ed waving his hands as if to say "okay when, when are you going downstairs to do the demo?"

The Peavey Booth next to this demobooth had stairs that went up to an upper deck with a couple dining tables pushed together and some chairs, and he and Ed were up there from about noon to 1oclock, 2 then like 3:30 and people were getting antsy, dickheaded (no, I'm a bigger VH fan I just saw them with Sammy at ___ show") arguing in the aisles, the NAMM ushers were trying to move people thru the aisle and the losers who were only there to get an autograph a poster or get in to hear the demo were just choking the whole show.

There must have been about 300 or more people crowding a 4 foot wide carpeted aisle that intersected the main aisle between Hall B and Hall C, and you just dreaded going in there. I literally had to do a 180* back into Hall B, go down past the Cafeteria, then thru the rear aisle between B and C just to get into C.

He was out of it, Hartley should have just cancelled this instead of forcing the issue. They were upstairs arguing for hours. If you could call begging an arguement. But rightly so, Ed was scheduled hours earlier and you will find a Youtube video of someone following Ed walking out of Hall C after it was over, where he's stumbling onward and slurred - that one should be included here.

This site's crashed a few times, do we still have the photo of Ed's wine bottles in the demo booth?

I understand Brian Young charges reasonable rates for guitar lessons and he knows the "Mean Street" intro pretty well.. just sayin'

5150 amp's sound like shit !! I like the guitars he comes up with. Is Ed wasted ? I was thinking he is for some reason.

That was a cellphone video, the guy was following behind Ed down the aisle. It's the one where it shows his fucked up shoes with the ends bitten off (remember the toes discussion) and he goes by an someone exhibiting cellos and starts messing with it.

I haven't seen that around but somebody's got it. Plesco hangs onto that stuff.. maybe Sesh, Skynerd or Devon C. Aldridge.. or Paul Fletcher! Fletch must have terabytes of video by now, email him for it.

For sure Fletch has it. Hes got everything VH!

Most people surprised of the fact that Ed went to Fender originally before Peavey would be shocked to find that they're already talking about his departure and that this new Wolfgang failing is gonna be the dealbreaker in the relationship.

Tomorrow's the day!

Ed is the king of bridge burning.
Sterling Ball came close to beating Ed's brains in , same with Hartley Peavey.
Capt. Rehab has deplorable people skills.
I give the Fender relationship another year. 2 maximum...;)
