The song is from Bob Rivers' Twisted Tunes, and the singer's name is Spike O'Neill. They do the morning radio show on KZOK in Seattle, and they have been doing these spot on song parodies for years. Of course they have also released the "Twisted Christmas" albums which you may or may not have heard of.

His Springsteen impression is as good as his Bon. And in recent years, they have taken the act live as "Spike and the Impalers" playing bars and casinos around the Puget Sound.
