hey i know a good % of us are on the other side of 30,
but i've been a fan of these guys for a while, just watched
urethra chronicles 2. i reckon they rock, and they're funny as!
tom has his alien fixation, trav is a motherfukka drummer
and mark as the straight man. the make good noise for 3 guys,
and girls like it too. rip me, but i like 'em.
:p
Well..... at least they play their own instruments. But I can't stand hearing bands like them referred to as "punk".

I'll say this: If you wanna hear somebody play an instrument, look no further than Travis Barker.

They play guitars. They play a brand of Rock. Theres a hundred other bands I would prefer to listen to, but hey they are not the worst shit on the radio. Played inbetween Britney and Snoopy Poopy Dog (or whatever his name is) they sound ok... Played after a decent Metal band, well............ But I dont hate them.

I assume the might be a good band to hear live, but I'd never buy their album.

a big part of it is the tongue -firmly- in cheek humour.
they look like they're having a pretty good time,
not taking themselves very seriously.
making very funny videos.
hmmmmm.......

That's my younger son's favorite band. I just got him tickets to see them next month. They're alright, they've got some catchy tunes. But 10 years from now, probably no one will remember them.

Can't stand 'em. The singer got that (IMO) crappy, nasal voice. Kinda like someone shoved a huge q-tip up his ass.

That's too funny! I could actually HEAR Mr T saying that exact quote (nice avatar)...
However, I have to agree...I pity the fool that likes Blink 182. Their music, it's too, shall we say, "Romper Roomish"...

Can't say I like them, but the kids sure do.
Is it me, or have the Offspring been singing the same song since the early 90s?
Blink 182 have played at our Big Day and sellout every time they come here, not like Van Hagar.
Dan that's Big Day Out,sorry

I wanna hate em, but they can play.
They are awful I must say. Tom can't sing at all, and recentley they changed their music style to go with whats popular these days - doing things like that sucks big time. Although I have to say Travis is one hell of a talented drummer, I can't really think of any drummers with as much skill as him. But I can think of better sounding drummers.

there's a new song out, I know, but I havne't really listened to it. Not counting that, I like their stuff and the Boxcar Racer songs that came out.
