Last week in the real world someone asked me to explain it all to them and I think I just about managed but since then I've come across this which is the simplest explanation of it all I've seen.

Very nice. That should be required viewing for every high school student. Maybe they'll learn some real world stuff.....other than MTV's Real World.

Good video...

Goes to show why a bank should own the mortgage instead of selling them off.

Thank God the banks are regulated here.

I got a chuckle out of the people that did not out right qualify...the guy gets fat and they both smoke....

I personally loved how they portrayed the the investment bankers as being obese.
