Over the last 35 years or so in the worst areas of deprivation in South Central LA in some cases the rate of criminal incarceration has reached 35%.
Over the same period the rate of criminal incarceration for Illinois Governors is 50%...(4/8)

Thing is that out of the 4(I'm assuming the latest guy is going down) half are Republican and the other half Democrat so there's not a great choice for voters.
The mob's money tastes sweet on either side of the partisan aisle!

I spent $13 bucks in road tolls going from Witchita to Milwaukee and the roads were SHIT total fucking shit!
