Dean Martin was rarely drunk, it was all an act. His kids said he drank a couple martinis after work, and that they had a very conventional home life for a Hollywood family...

I had read that many times as well, but he was pretty wasted on Cannon Ball Run...

Dino was THE man...the coolest motherfucker who ever hit the stage! the first man ever to be "cool". he invented coolness...

He had apple-juice in his glasses until the tragic loss of his son dino jr. who died when he crashed with his plane in a mountain. then he drank heavily and he was also on pills.

BTW...Elvis was a big fan!

I know...

I want to get the DVD collection of his shows...
