    Radiohead - no more albums

Radiohead may not make another album as their last LP nearly “killed” them.

Frontman Thom Yorke has revealed the band aren’t ready or willing to throw themselves into the “creative hoo-ha” of recording a follow up to 2007's In Rainbows.

“None of us want to go into that creative hoo-ha of a long-play record again," Yorke said.

"I mean, it's just become a real drag.

"It worked with In Rainbows, because we had a real fixed idea about where we were going.

“But we've all said that we can't possibly dive into that again. It'll kill us."

The band - comprised of Yorke, guitarist Jonny Greenwood, drummer Phil Selway, bassist Colin Greenwood and guitarist Ed O'Brien - is not, however, totally defunct.

They released a new track via their website last week in tribute to the last British World War I veteran to pass away, Harry Patch, who died aged 111 last month.

kellie All proceeds raised from the song, titled Harry Patch (In Memory Of), will be donated to the Royal British Legion - the UK’s leading military charity.

Harry Patch (In Memory Of) can be downloaded from Radiohead’s website DEAD AIR SPACE.

Radiohead's music will devour your soul, by design...
Why settle for something you have, if it's not as good as something you're out to get?

I dig some of Radiohead's stuff.

I will admit to owning both "Pablo Honey" and "OK Computer."

One thing I cannot handle about rock stars is when they complain about being rock stars. Radiohead were quite possibly the most over-hyped, over-played, over-written about band since Blur. Even the selling of their souls to the iPod crowd didn't help the fact that they simply suck. It's more than likely they lost money on their last few records and therefore will become another burn-out Mp3 download charity act.

                  I love Radiohead!

The older stuff was better than the last several albums but HEY! Never mention Coldplay with Radiohead, unless you talk about who Coldplay had copied in their boring wanker music!

Radiohead's Pablo Honey, and OK Computer are GRATE albums...

But they did make a few grate albums...Blur really didn't, they only had some decent pop hit songs. I'd seriously cuntpare Radiohead's best album to Pink Floyd, in terms of their best being something as good as some of the stuff albums of PF. OK Cuntputer is a really remarkable theme album, it's no Dark Side of The Moon" but it's as good as "Atom Heart Mother" or "Meddle".

Listen to it, the whole album!

I bought their very first one based on their single "Creep". For some reason I never bothered to buy any of their others. They are good at what they do. Very imaginative.
