I'll tell you this much....

Unless you've checked with Exact Audio Copy I'll bet $100 USD that you have unwanted mp3 in your collection and you don't even know it. Go to my website, read my instructions on how to check...

Philly 8/29/78? I'll lay down $100 it's mp3 unless you transferred it from your own personal cassette.

Glasgow 5/18/78 if you have it...probably mp3 as well.

Detroit 5/1/79 if you have it...probably mp3'd.

It goes on and on...Chicago 8/19/82, Charlotte 7/17/82, Oakland 6/11/81, Milwaukee 4/14/80, Baltimore 7/22/80, Pittsburgh 3/7/84...all of these are big-time circulating in mp3. I know, because I tried trading for them.

So if you don't like mp3, I'd advise you to check your bootlegs, I'm telling you, unless you transferred them from tapes yourself, I guarantee you there's mp3 in there. When you find mp3, maybe then you'll appreciate why I hate that fuckin' format and how it's made what used to be common shows, rare in terms of original sound.

That extra little "I'm So Glad" part in "Somebody Get Me A Doctor" was alot of fun.

Great show, I'm listening to it right now!

Thanks Cato!!

That's every 1982-83 show in circulation except 7/16/82, 7/17/82, and 2/11/83 (the last one because the complete show is not in circulation).

That whole thing alone is why I love to get all the 1982 shows I can.
