An Explosion Waiting To Happen

SO I am driving to the slave pit about half an hour ago.

On the highway I suddenly smell gas.

The smell is STRONG.

Naturally thoughts turn to failure of my engine, a fuel line leaking, whatever.

Engine is purring along, so I just keep driving.

Then I notice the vehicle ahead of me. Exhaust is coming out the back.

No, wait a minute.....that is not smoke....that is SPRAY.

Dude has a serious gas leak from bottom of the TANK!

I even took video, as I figured the guy quite possibly was going to become Human BBQ in no time flat. He was in front of me for 5 minutes before I got to my exit.

He went on.

I am expecting to read about a car fire in the news later today or in tomorrow's paper.

Yeah. Pointed at the rear of his vehicle, but he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about, then my exit was there, and I had to get off the freeway.
