it's a good 3:35 mins of ed doing a raw performance of eruption, with Dave yelling a few times. Ed does a very weird squeel in it. then it fades at the end with a few beer ppl yelling. The acoustics are great.




Could be the last club gig too, I dunno? I found it labeled backyardvanhalen soI'm assuming. ;)

Cool. This is from the Pasadena Convention Center October 15th, 1977 show.(Often misdated as Dec. 20th) It's from the bootleg "The Nightmare before Halloween" Bought this show in vinyl back in '82. Killer soundboard recording.

That show is incredible... it was the first boot that I bought on CD sometime around 88, i think... I'm sure if you poke around on a few sites like dimeadozen.org or thetradersden.org you'll find that show...

incredible guitar work. the venue is small no doubt. but still, this is b4 the record came out, so Im guessing they were working on it and on cloud nine- having the debut album come out in the summer.
