I'm fairly certain that I started one over at Rothfans, using the handful of decent clips available at Youtube. The problem is, the quality of those clips often left a great deal to be desired, and more often than not were made by people with some sort of nebulous religious agenda.

I'm positive there is a thread on the subject here as well, I just haven't had the time to locate it yet. ;)

Agreed. That was a point I was making earlier: It's relatively asinine to dump on someone for taking the time, effort and cash to create a site. You can fault how it's run, individual posters, the color scheme and even the modding styles of those in charge. But to lambaste someone's intent to create the joint in the first place makes no sense at all. Nor does knocking what is their discretion if they decide to close it. It is simply the owner's prerogative.
