what is your temp..?

keep the water going but most would say some gatorade drinks are better than water if you are dropping weight that fast..?

If your brain starts hurting you best call a freind and get to a doctor..

sometimes a IV is all that will produce fliuds in your system drinking water won't help if you system is shutting down.

a couple years ago I went thru what I have said above and my temp was 105 for 3 days towards the end I lost 15 lbs in 5 days

towards the end I couldn't see and had to quit cowboying my life away and seek professional help.

i got a shot of liquid morphene 3 bags of saline with a megadose of a wide spectum antibiotic and was better within hrs..

be carefull..

Not this shit again...

They're giving over 100 H1N1 vaccinations an hour at various points here, and so far no one has had a problem.

I would've gotten one myself, but since I already have the flu it's probably not a good idea...

You're not gonna like it when when you get better...

Well, I mean, you will, because you'll like to feel better, but you won't feel better because you'll gain back those 8 pounds, so you won't like it, even though you will.

Am I making sense here?

Is there, huh, anything left in that bottle? Give us the rest, then.

Cheers! :bottle:

My favorite diet is the Vodka Diet....just drink a fifth a day and no matter how much weight you gain or lose, you're too fucked up to care;)

Side effects include; crying late at night that you're fat and all alone, 3 o'clock in the morning munchies fest, blacked-out late night phone calls and waking up with no recollection of how you got "there".

Other than that, it's the perfect diet.....you can substitute any hard liquor if Vodka is not your thing.

Vitamin D3 is good. I take coral calcium since I'm lactose intolerant. I have some messed up vertebrae that were giving me severe obstructive sleep apnea and once that was taken care of with a cpap machine and getting on a good diet and exercise I feel great. I used to feel hammered all the time.

It's a good idea to have your blood tested and see if you are deficient in anything. Eat a good balanced diet avoiding genetically modified food if possible (I try to grow my own and pretty much each locally raised bison and beef). Also, you want to make sure you keep your oxygen levels high and keep your body PH alkaline. This will actually kill off a lot of what makes us sick. I have a oxygen generator and eat a diet that does this and it makes you feel great! To many people are oxygen starved and eat a shitty diet that makes their PH acidic. A lot of processed foods are just filler. Not too many nutrients in them and they lack any kind of flavor.

I worked for a major corporation in a large office. People were getting sick all the time and they brought in some specialists. They took air samples and found the recirculated air was high in CO2 and low in oxygen. They brought in indoor plants and man I couldn't believe the difference! That fixed the problem. So don't overlook the quality of the air you are working or living in. Some plants make a HUGE difference.

My doctor says flu shots are just a money maker more than anything. The flu virus mutates so quickly by the time they make a vaccine and distribute it, it's obsolete. Also these vaccines need to be given by competant people who shake the vial before loading the syringe. If this is not done the recipient gets overdosed not only by the vaccine but by the mercury that preserves it. I don't think I would be getting a shot of anything at a grocery store.

We distill our ethyl from potatoes and not grain. This makes a high quality alcohol for industrial use, fuel, and vodka drinkers seem to like the taste better than grain alcohol. We sell the bulk alcohol that is distilled in a state of the art column still and then filtered through charcoal. Many companies send their empty bottles to us and we fill them or we send the bulk alcohol to them in barrels. Hood river mixes their vodka with glacier water and they do that themselves.

Very few vodka companies distill their own alcohol. They buy it from producers like us and them do their own filtering and mixing.

The trend it to get the cleanest vodka you can but to be honest, I just drink the stuff we put in the barrels. I like the flavor better before extreme filtering takes it out. With potatoes you don't get the funky acids you get from grains. They produce a great drinking alcohol and this is the hype. We even send it to Russia.

If you have a good mash, you don't need to filter it later. One reason I hate Baccardi rum. They use cheap mash and then filter the hell out of it. I want a rum that is fermented from a high quality mash and then just pot distilled and then aged in an oak barrel. Compare Appleton to Baccardi. Baccardi is a mass producer and Appleton is an old school opperation. Mount Gay does the same. You get all the essence of the sugar cane especially with a well blended rum.

Booze is like a computer. If you put garbage in you get garbage out and no amount of filtering will fix a shitty mash.

I've been in business for 25 years. If a company starts covering their ass first thing legally, you know there is something wrong with the product. Especially with an industry that controls so many judges and politicians like the pharmacutical industry. They knew there was a potential problem with this vaccine. The thing is they control the media and most assholes do what the celebrities and television tell them to do. They get their shot like little zombies because it's trendy. Because the media started fear mongering it big time. Most people would be better served if they turned off the television set and thought for themselves. The real virus is the bought off media that tells people what to do and they actually believe it.

Everything is pretty much owned by corporations which are owned by congomerates which even though most the outstanding stock is owned by funds, funds have no voting rights. So the individuals that own the most shares have all the voting rights. So this handful of stockholder with voting rights run everything. Get it? Funds own over 80% of the stock but funds have no proxy vote. Individuals do. These individuals meet in secret and decide how things are going to be. The illusion is that it is a free market. How is it a free market when most of the stockholders have no vote? Investment funds were one of the greatest coupes in the 20th Century and now Wall Street has become a dictatorship that has overtaken the political process in Washington. I just shake my head when I see all the little slaves doing their Christmas shopping doing business with stores that got bailed out with their tax money and getting charged interest on the credit card from banks that got bailed out with their tax money. They are slaves and their children and grandchildren will be slaves unless we get off this stupid system the voting stockholders have set up.

Basically we take idaho potatoes. Peel them, cook them, mashed them, water the mash down, add some yeast and in a week run it in the still. What comes out is WONDERFUL! The big secret is the potatoes and yeast we use, the rest anyone could do. Quality on the front end. What's actually in that alcohol is all the trace elements of what the potatoes grew in which is very rich volcanic soil. That is suspended in the first distilling and it's good. Why do you want to filter it out? It ruins it but some customers want triple filtered because that's what the media and advertising told them was good. Fine. We can charge them extra! :D

That's why I killed my TV....10 months of not having TV and I don't miss it at all. Concast actually gives better deals if you bundle services but anything you could want is on the internet and Netflixs home delivery....don't miss TV at all.

As far as getting any Flu shots.....haven't had one since I was 16 or 17 years old....I've had the Flu 2 times since then and I get a cold maybe every 3 or 4 years, on an average.

When I get into the danger age group I might start taking flu-shots but I doubt it.

Spot on! I've had some nice single malt Scotches and some great aged Whiskey. There is a difference between quality produced as opposed to mass produced. Problem is.......they cost more too!

It may cost them more for the better ingredients or it may not. Idaho potatoes are dirt cheap where I live and we take the ones that the distributors can't sell because they have funny knobs and look funny. Nobody wants that on their plate but they taste the same. So we take these cheap potatoes nobody wants and make vodka everyone wants.

I'm sure the scotch producers are the same. They can charge a premium because they are in Scotland and maybe their rye and yeast is better. I know they have more process involved. Vodka is probably the easiest booze to make actually. It may cost them more or it may not. Like I said, we can run it through some filtration but we can also charge you more but the real trick is the mash. That makes it or breaks it. There are different kinds of stills and some are more efficient than others but it's still bringing that mash to a low boil and condensing the steam into a liquid. Some stills will remove more impurities or get a higher yield on a first run. The old moonshiners used a thumper keg for this.

It's the ingredients of your mash and the yeast. One reason good distillers guard their yeast under lock and key. You also have to have good water which we have here. The softer the better. We have naturally soft well water. So we have good water and potatoes and were making money with them.

I'm also in the bull semen business. LOL!

Between Hulu and some of the other legit sites you can see any program you want.....it may be a day or two delay like the Daily Show, which you see Monday's show on Tuesday but I see no point in having cable TV. Really keeps me away from the mindless garbage out there and if you have to put any effort in searching for something, it's something you want to watch. As opposed to just clicking through the channels to find something/anything on TV. IMHO.

For WHOM?! The evil big pharma companies hardly make anything on flu vaccines. And they're giving them away locally for anyone willing to wait at the regions largest mall concourse (Walden Galleria)...

The flu virus mutates so quickly by the time they make a vaccine and distribute it, it's obsolete.

They've gotten better at counteracting this and include more strains. Nothing is perfect, but I've read that most of the flu cases now involve H1N1 in some parts, so one would be better off having the shot.

My dad got a flu shot and it make him horribly sick. For people with healthy immune systems, yes. But the number of people of people dying from the flu every year is a little bit staggering, like well into the tens-of-thousands (around 40,000 IIRC?)...
