Bad advice for homeowners that could lead to dangerous situations such as fire hazards and shock are the reasons for a recall issued by Oxmoor House as they have voluntarily recalled almost 1 million books.

According to a report from the USA Today, the errors in instructions, "could lead do-it-yourselfers to make risky mistakes while installing or repairing their electrical wiring."

Another amazing part of the story, some of these books are decades old. Some of the Lowe's and Sunset home-improvement titles were sold at different times for over 30 years!
