The purpose of the war was to secure US oil interests so we can force the rest of the world to buy dollars because that is what the world's oil is traded in. The US and it's military is controlled by big oil and big oil also owns the Federal Reserve that likes to print money out of nothing and trade it to other countries for finished goods. It also can exploit markets by inflating and deflating the interest rate. Follow the money and you will find the truth.

Thom Hartmann raised an interesting point about this $33 billion figure on his show this morning...... apparently China just spent that same amount of money on a bullet train that can travel the equivalent distance from Chicago to NYC in under 3 hours.

This is China, where 25 years ago, most people still used fucking bicycles as their main form of transportation, and few people even had cars. And now they're kicking our ass when it comes to public transportation.

No he wasn't! He clearly stated he was expanding the War in Afghanistan--for better or for worse. He stated he was looking to withdraw from Iraq and focusing on the Afghan War....

Part of the problem with Iraq is the elections are coming up which will spell the end of US involvement and lead to a complete withdrawal. A lot of that is in the petty pissant Iraqi politicians and their bid to hoard Iraq's resources within their ethnic groups...but even the final withdrawal is going to cost a lot of money, as will refitting the US forces and repairing debilitated equipment (i.e. worn out tank engines, etc.)...

We need a grass roots backed candidate that has a chance of winning. The Republicans and Democrats both have demonstrated they are in the back pocket of the multinational corporations. We need to stop being dazzled by big money marketing campaigns and look at the candidate themselves. One problem is getting on the ballots. It's a nightmare. Ralph Nader has to have a huge staff of lawyers to get on the ballots and he was explaining the nightmare it is. Every country has different regulations.

Yeah. We were scamming the Chinese. We were trading dollars printed for nothing for finished goods and putting the cost of our operations on their back. We can do this since oil is traded in US Dollars and OPEC is on the side of the US. China did threaten to dump it's dollars but then OPEC threatened to not sell it oil.

As long as the US can control the flow of oil in the world we can force the world to use the dollar. This is what the Bush agenda was all about and this why we are in the middle east. This is also why Dick Cheney wanted to seize the Caspian basin.

It's all about oil, tying a fiat currency to it and screwing the rest of the world. It's not just an American thing, your leaders in Europe are in the game. They are making money off you guys. Your leaders love us because they make money off it as well.

I will tell you what China's strategy is. Remember the cold war? Who won? The US. Why? We continued to spend more on the military and the USSR had to match us. They went broke doing it and we won by default. Now the US is going broke. The Chinese are appealing to our corporate leaders greed because they have cheap labor. In the process they are getting technology, a manufacturing base, manufacturing expertise, ect...

The Chinese currency is just issued from nothing but since they have a manufacturing base and hold lot's of dollars, they have the illusion of wealth. They are highly invested in aquiring technology and manufacturing capability while we go broke. Once we go broke they will have the world's most advanced and largest military and we will be broke and have none. This is their plan.

The Chinese problem is their one child policy. It's going to bite them hard. Everyone wants a boy so they abort the girls and spoil the boys. Their kids are spoiled brats and now you have a country full of spoiled, bratty men with no pussy. The girls that managed to be born want nothing to do with these losers. Yes, they are highly educated and have manufacturing capability but their country is polluted as hell and they are going to be a country of spoiled, bratty, men with nothing to fuck or reproduce with.
