Post where you could likely be found. Not necessarily a bar; could be a library or comedy club, maybe a casino or horse track.

they are very good. wifey bartends there during the day shift. lots of oldtimers from the neighborhood, but they are pretty fun. little dives are sometimes the best. although they did get rid of the pool table recently.

yeah, i know. the owner was only pullin' in about $50 a month on it tho. they added 4 or 5 more hightops in the space and put in a 52 in flatscreen. it'll be nice for the packer games this year. she'll double the income in one night during scaryokee.

Indianapolis Motor Speedway

"...when I dream about the moonlight on the wabash, how I long for my Indiana Home.."

My dad views that as a secular holiday around the house, he's glued to the TV and makes his famous ribs to celebrate, he's from Indiana and just loves Indy.

have only seen qualifying twice there, but my god is that fun, wouldn't mind seeing a race, but I'm told it's not as entertaining.

I went to the smaller track and watched the Busch and Truck races a few years back.....had the VIP passes. Got to hang out in the pits and talk to some of the drivers during practice/qualifying.

Michael Waltrip was a class act and even though he was running late for qualifying for the truck races......he talked to us the whole time he was getting rigged up to get into the truck and even when he was strapping in he was laughing and joking with us. Last thing he said was...."Time to pay the bills boys".

Just cross the cemetary and you're at Miller Park. We can usually be found at one of these locales.

Yes, that bar is really called Long Wong's. It's on the boycott as the owner sneakily overcharged a pal for a birthday party. The place next to it, Kelly's Bleachers, is the place to be on Saturday. Full of thugs and chicks with sweet titties and asses.

Another good one - Derry's. More relaxed and Irishy. Nice looking bartenders, too.

Long Wong's was also the name of a famous place in Tempe. Where the Gin Blossoms were discovered...

Sadly, it was torn down for gentrification of the neighborhood

I can usually be found at the type of joint where the bartender is wearing flip flops and is preggy.

And yes we all appreciate the fact that she quit smoking and drinking.

Even dive bars that I go to have a certain standard.

The juke box is full of my money and it is daylight.

I tend to shy away from the country club crowd.

I could post a pic but any bar will do.

You can find me at most Historical Society's in NY,MA, CT, or PA. I frequent many of the upstate NY historical society's when I have free time.

You can also see me in cemeteries in non-snow weather, chasing the dead people. :)

I can usually be found at home. All the entertainment I need. Going to see the Indy race would be fun, but I prefer to watch it on TV, as these days all the cars have cameras mounted on them, WITH SOUND, so you can truly get a feel for what the driver is experiencing.

Yup. I loved Sir Morgan's Cove back in the day. Some sick memories of that place.

And doped and drunken wanderings after closing time. :bottle: :smiley-sniffer:
