Kick ass dude!

Black Floyd with chrome saddles looks cool. Is the neck profile of the "V" shaped kind?

Black Floyd with chrome saddles looks cool.

It does, actually - you should stick some stainless steel hardware on it and totally crack it out...:killer:

Yup DJimi...never had a guitar with that profile before...I dig it! And the neck isn't the baseball bat style either....which is So cool!

I thought these were set-neck jointed necks?

Dean never made a neck-thru, that I know of.

Keep telling yourself that, fuckstick.
Yeah, you're right...I haven't familiarized myself with Dean's entire fucking line. Geez, you're an idiot. :fufu:

Nice...since I don't recall asking you...not being YOUR guitar and all...

Most of you know my disdain for Darrel, after meeting him.

I didn't like him, nor his band, nor his equipment. However way that he's become a social phenomena in guitar circles, it's kinda hard not to be somewhat familliar with his gear.

If you don't know what a stock Dean ML is or was, that's fine. But if you are unfamilliar with Dimebag Darrel's Dean ML, well that's just media ignorance.

GAR

You rudely imply that pickup replacement was an option here, and I disagree. I think it's fine the way it is.

A Duncan 59' in the neck...a Duncan Dimebucker in the bridge....

couldn't be happier with 'em....the 59' has that great Les Paul vocal quality...& the Dimebucker just SCREAMS......harmonmics jumps off the sucker!!! LOL Haven't had a floating bridge in a while...I've been breaking out the pinch harmonics from hell like crazy...

Nice axe all the same.

The one on the body is in tribute to the KISS "Rock and Roll Over" sticker Darrell had on his ML....though they didn't include the POT LEAF sticker he also had on that guitar! HA!!!

Congrats,

GAR
04-02-2010, 01:42 AM
I was 13-14 and my little fuckhead friends would come over to the house.. next thing you know, picks' gone.

You probably know the pick I'm talking about: the pick that, because you're a 14 year old cunt with no money in your mom's purse but fucking food stamps, you stole that pick from somebody else.

Which is the reason somebody steals the thing from you. Hence, the bread-pick.

Well, they do work.. if you sit on the curb while the guys are out skating you can grind the nubs off on the concrete and sometimes make a decent one. But the shitty plastic would always break wouldn't it?

Panamark
04-02-2010, 02:06 AM
The ones in Oz dont have those "nubs" on them.
They look the same as yours minus the nubs.
I think I played a pub gig with one and it lasted
the distance.... lol...

Prefer my Dunlops of course...
