I've never heard of it.

I have heard of a condensed milk one though and I think some people in Scandanavia have chocolate sandwiches.

That's interesting, but one has to take into account that the same stuff doesn't cost the same everywhere.

And no, I'm NOT saying that those that spend less than a buck a week are eating the same that those who spend over 300. Just in case one of you decides to be stupid.
